To impart high quality education in social work coupled with equally productive field work, research and extension programs oriented towards social justice, human rights and sustainable development To sensitize the students to the ideological, political and religious dimensions of the emerging Social Work profession To be recognized as a liaison centre between the Government and NGO schemes and the target sections
